FIVE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
#1 VOLUNTEER
The Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance depends upon local volunteer support to maintain our robust and diverse calendar of ongoing community programs and special events.
Ongoing needs include volunteer opportunities at live music concerts, festivals and culinary events, docent opportunities at our new CATALYST Maker & Arts Space as well as in office team support. Lend your expertise in a myriad of ways including community outreach, event planning and coordination, as well as marketing support. |
#2 PLEDGE YOUR SUPPORT
SAACA believes that every culture has a history and tradition to honor. This common thread allows us to communicate across cultures in a universal language and understand one another in a different way. By supporting local arts and creativity, we animate our city with culture, empathy and create a stronger sense of place. Your individual investment in a vibrant Arizona today unlocks the creative potential for each of us tomorrow. A world without art would be a world without a voice or means for communication. We know that arts and culture record our history, challenges our present and informs our future.
A monthly or one-time pledge of support can help change the shape of our community through art. When you support our programs, 100% of your donation goes directly back into our community. You can designate your support to programs which you are passionate about, and help SAACA innovate news ways for the arts to transform the lives of people everywhere. |
There are many ways to support SAACA's innovative and life changing arts and cultural programs. For more information on planned giving, corporate and foundation partnerships or specifics of your annual gift, please contact: Kate Marquez, Executive Director kate@saaca.org

#4 ATTEND, PARTICIPATE & PERFORM
SAACA programs and events only exist with your support. When you attend an event or festival, or participate in a community arts program, you lend a loud voice telling us that you support and value the arts.
SAACA produces over 100 collaborative opportunities each year to engage with local artists, makers and creatives. In fact, our programs directly support over 700 artists in over 20 disciplines each year. Whether you attend a free live concert, or purchase a ticket to a culinary experience, your participation speaks volumes of your love of community and creativity. |
#5 BECOME A PROGRAM PARTNER
Becoming a SAACA partner comes in many forms...
Business & Corporate Partners: Invite the Arts In! We work with businesses to infuse the arts and artists at the center of team development, innovation in thought, understanding culture differences, and inspiration in the workplace. Arts & Healthcare: SAACA works with our healthcare sector partners to continue to develop and advance new opportunities for arts and culture to lead the future of innovation in how we deliver, communicate and support this ever-evolving field of practice. Creative Placemaking: Working with social and private sector partners to implement planning and cultural strategies through the arts. SAACA is constantly innovating new ways to incorporate the arts at the center of a community through creative transportation projects, public art installations, community cultural celebrations, and integrated arts programs. Leadership: Use your passion and professional skills to help better our organization's infrastructure. Sit on a committee, serve as a Board of Director, or sit on our teen council. |
