TEACH A CLASS OR WORKSHOP IN CATALYST

CATALYST provides four distinct spaces equipped for artists and makers to design and host creative workshops and collaborative programming for the community.

The CATALYST Art & Maker Space offers classroom space for professional artists, design professionals, engineers, musicians and chefs and culinary makers to conduct workshops, lectures, or classes. Artists must apply and be accepted to the approved schedule prior to scheduling any classes or soliciting students.
In this self-directed program, Creative Educators will determine their own class schedule, syllabus, and workshop content. SAACA will provide the space, tables, chairs, and access to shared studio equipment for students, depending on space used.

SAACA will include Creative Educators’ classes and workshops on our Website, including description, date and time, fee, and sign-up directions. SAACA provides monthly, email advertising to 25,000+ list, social media, local print advertising promoting the facility, memberships, and classes. Specific class marketing is the responsibility of the artist.  All supplies and materials are provided by the teacher.

Art Educators have two choices for using space and offering classes/workshops:
1.  Rental Space with hourly fee to CATALYST, without use of SAACA class registration system and promotions
2. Rental Space with hourly fee to CATALYST; SAACA facilitates class registration and payment portal, with marketing supplemental listed above.  10% fee on all class registrations kept by SAACA to cover marketing and registration processing fees.  Teacher is paid within 7-10 business days following the class.
