CATALYST offers flexible space for professional artists, guilds, design professionals, engineers, filmmakers, musicians, and chefs to conduct workshops, lectures, or classes. Available rental options range from half-day bookings to multi-day events and workshops.

MAIN FLOOR RENTAL
PRIVATE RENTAL OF ENTIRE SPACE
CATALYST is a dynamic and creative space for multi-day conferences and retreats, art markets, creative exhibitions and expositions. The Main Floor can be used as a central gathering space while each classroom can host breakout sessions, themed exhibits, or private meeting space. Full Facility Rentals include lightning fast wifi, 4 restrooms inside of CATALYST, and plenty of AV options. Catering is easily accommodated in the Teaching Kitchen and outside food and beverage is permitted.
Add-on costs and services include special requests for custom layouts; use of A/V; streaming; special lighting needs; cleaning; ranging from $100-$500.
Above pricing is for Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm. Add 10% for weekday bookings after 5pm, and for Saturday and Sunday bookings from 10am-8pm.

ATTENDANCE CAPACITY: 200 People
The CATALYST Main Floor is by far the most flexible space in CATALYST featuring a main stage, 4K projector and stage lighting, fully equipped sound system with wireless microphones. The space can comfortably host up to 200 attendees with classroom, seated event, conference or luncheon styles and other flexible event options. The space is ideal for culinary and marketplace style events, conferences and presentations, large private meetings, social gatherings and showcase events. Outside food and beverage is permitted. Catering referrals can be made from SAACA's list of participating chefs. |

COMMUNITY ROOM
|
The flexible community room space is built out with large screen smart TV, digital projection and meeting capacities and convenings for up to 40 people.

CULINARY TEACHING KITCHEN
|
Chefs, educators and culinary technicians can use this space to teach classes and workshops, host tastings, and prepare food for sale. The room is equipped with tables, stools, prep counters, commercial refrigerator and freezer, a convection oven, microwave, and 3 basin sink.
ATTENDANCE CAPACITY: 24 People Includes use of stainless steel tables, stools, convection oven and dishwasher, 36" digital monitor and high speed internet. |

MUSIC & DIGITAL ARTS LAB
|
Musicians, photographers, multimedia and digital artists, and educators can use this space to teach lessons and classes in sound mixing, podcasting, video, photography, and more. The room is equipped with tables, chairs, mixing station, and sound booths. Use of recording equipment requires supervised use or approved engineer.

COLLABORATE ROOM

A flexible room with large wooden tables (4' x 8') that can be creatively arranged in any configuration - perfect for interdisciplinary arts and crafts workshops, dance, yoga, and more! The room is equipped with tables, chairs, easels, paper for covering tables, basic supplies and materials.

CATERING We all outside food and beverage catering, or can make referrals to our list of preferred caterers to select a meal that will be sure to wow your guests, meet your needs and fit into your budget. Anything is possible!
